Anthem is a video agency based in Houston, TX. We help B2B companies build video content engines so they can effectively use video across their organizations.
Career Description:
We're looking for an experienced, highly creative video editor to join our post-production team. You'll take projects from raw footage to finished deliverable, handling the edit, color, motion graphics, and audio. The work spans a high volume of content across multiple client brands, so you'll need both strong storytelling instincts and the discipline to keep projects organized and moving.

What You'll Do
- Editing and storytelling. Edit a high-volume mix of short-form social, podcast episodes, ads, and long-form brand content, with a focus on interview-driven stories.
- Finishing. Handle color grading, motion graphics, audio mix, and music selection so every piece looks and sounds polished and on brand for each client.
- Project organization. Keep projects, media, and assets organized so anyone on the team can pick up where you left off.
- Revisions. Turn client feedback into clean, efficient revisions.
- Quality. Review your own work for technical quality, brand alignment, and story before it moves to final approval.
- Workflow. Work within our in-house workflow system, hitting deadlines and communicating clearly with the Post-Production Lead and the rest of the team.
We Want Someone Who
- Has 5+ years of professional editing experience.
- Is an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and proficient or better in After Effects. Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Is a strong storyteller, especially with interview-driven content.
- Thinks in systems and stays organized under high volume.
- Has a sharp eye for detail and holds a high bar for quality.
- Communicates clearly in written and spoken English.
- Communicates proactively and works well independently in a remote setting.
- Can animate (a plus, not a requirement).
