Introducing Amanda Hardin, who conquered all of the other prospective account managers to claim her title as Adhere’s newest hire.
Amanda Hardin is the second Amanda to join our team (hey, we have a great track record with Amandas). How did this Amanda woo us? After learning about her extensive experience managing clients and projects both in-house and within agencies, we simply couldn’t resist.
We may have also been swayed by her boss attitude and unwavering commitment to her clients, as evidenced in this video.
A University of Houston grad who studied creative writing and marketing, Amanda possesses a diverse skill set that is well-suited to account management. Her writing background gives her insight into people, enabling her to better uncover their wants and needs, while her marketing knowledge helps her guide clients toward savvier business decisions.
"As the advocate for my clients within the agency, it’s my job to make sure their voice is in everyone’s ear as we execute their projects. I know I am intrinsic to their success and I take that responsibility seriously." - Amanda Hardin
At Adhere, we carefully weigh each hiring decision we make. We have a tight-knit team, and we know that adding someone new to the mix has the potential to throw off the balance. Fear not—we are happy to report that Amanda has seamlessly meshed with our culture.
It wasn’t hard for us to hit it off with Amanda, either. When she’s not hustling to make sure her clients are happy and successful, she’s busy exploring one of her many cool hobbies, which include:
- Gardening
- Cuddling with her two Siberian Huskies, Mowgli and Harley
- Historical sewing (thanks to her interest in history)
- Baking and cooking from scratch (sparked by her fascination with 18th and 19th century living, though she’s perfectly happy with many of today’s comforts, thank you very much)
- Watching Rick and Morty
- Cheering for the New England Patriots (we know, we know. But we’ll give her a pass, because she was born and raised in Northern Massachusetts.)
